We have achieved excellent results in recent years, but we know that we can only continue our success, and grow, by recruiting and retaining the best possible talent. We set out to employ staff with a genuine passion for further education and a commitment to ensuring all students achieve their potential, whatever barriers they need to overcome. Our people make a real difference not only to the lives of students, but also to local employers and the wider Lewisham community.

Our employees are well-supported at Lewisham College: we offer a wide range of staff development programmes designed to enable them to continually improve and refine the way they carry out their roles. In return for our staff’s dedication and expertise, we provide a variety of benefits including generous annual leave entitlement, pension scheme, health and wellbeing support, and membership of the Teachers’ Pension/Local Government Pension Scheme. See a full list of the benefits we offer.

As we enter this new era as Lewisham College, there are exciting plans ahead to improve, grow and diversify our offering. If you’d like to be part of this, view our current vacancies where you can also register for job alerts for future vacancies.

(Unfortunately we are not able to reimburse travel expenses for attending interview.)
